After our handy dandy hike with Grandma and Grandpa Atkinson, we were on our way home and we got a phone call from Grandpa saying they were stuck. Now, Grandpa never calls us for help! It is always the other way around! We knew this had to be serious! When we came upon the scene I of course laughed my head off and told Grandpa that this was a "Kodak Moment!" They had gone on a back road to get home and attempted to cross the river above Gunlock but didn't make it! It felt good rescuing the Grandparents for once!
