Delta Fix

Sometimes I really need (what I like to refer to as) the "Delta Fix!" What is it? Time to remember who I am! Where I came from! Who I want to be! And Time with my family! After a "Delta Fix" I feel better! I don't know if it is the quiet or just being with my family but whatever it is I like it!
